摘 要:在不同的聚合氯化铝(PAC)投量下,考察了网格、折板和机械搅拌三种絮凝方式对沉淀池排泥周期和污泥静沉性能的影响。结果表明,当PAC投量<20 mg/L时,网格絮凝池中矾花的沉降性能最好,相应的沉淀池排泥周期也最长,为10 h;当PAC投量为25 mg/L时,三者的排泥周期均为8 h左右,排泥水初始含固率也基本相同,此时,与网格池和搅拌池相比,折板池的污泥静沉性能最好、上清液浊度最低、浓缩后的污泥体积最小,表明该池型更适于对排泥水进行再絮凝沉淀。In order to investigate the effect of flocculation modes on sludge discharge period and sludge static settleability, three types of flocculation equipments including grids, folded plates and mechanical flocculator were studied at different PAC dosages. The results show that grid-flocculation performs the best when PAC dosage is lower than 20 mg/L with a sludge discharge period of 10 h. When the PAC dosage is 25 rag/L, the sludge discharge periods of three types of flocculation equipments are all a- bout 8 h, and the initial solid contents are generally the same. Compared with grid-basin and mechanical flocculator, the sludge settleability in folded plates-basin is better, the turbidity of supematant is lower, and the sludge volume after thickening is smaller. It can be concluded that folded plates-basin is more suitable for re-flocculation of the sludge water.
