我院施行药品淘汰控制药品品种的实践和体会

摘　　要：目的:合理控制在院药品品种。方法:根据国家《处方管理办法》,我院通过召开专题药物治疗与药事管理委员会会议的形式,特设纪委监督程序,确保公开、公正、透明地淘汰药品,严格限制同一通用名称不同品规药品的数量。结果:实施药品淘汰后,我院保留药品品种符合国家药品品种控制要求。结论:此项工作的开展能促进医院药品管理整体水平提高。OBJECTIVE： To control the drug varieties in our hospital. METHODS： According to Prescription Administrative Policy, the related meetings was hold by Drug Therapy and Pharmacy Administration Committee and monitoring procedure was set up to ensure drug elimination publicly, fair and clearly. Drugs of different specifications with same general name were limited strictly. RESULTS： After implementing drug elimination measure, drugs reserved were in line with national drug control standard. CONCLUSION： Drug elimination applied to control drug varieties can improve drug management in the hospital.
