摘　　要：目的:制备肠镜润滑剂并建立其质量控制方法。方法:以淀粉为黏合剂、甘油为润滑剂、盐酸丁卡因为主药制备肠镜润滑剂;采用紫外分光光度法在310nm波长测定其中盐酸丁卡因的含量。结果:所制制剂为白色糊膏,盐酸丁卡因检测浓度的线性范围为4～24μg·mL-(1r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.15%,RSD=1.1%。结论:本制剂制备工艺简便可行,质量稳定可控。OBJECTIVE： To prepare endoscope lubricant and establish its quality control method. METHODS： The lubricant was prepared with glycerol as lubricant, starch as adhesive and hydrochloride tetracaine as main component. The content of hydrochloride tetracaine was measured by UV spectrophotometry at detection wavelength of 310 nm. RESULTS： The preparation was white paste. The linear range of hydrochloride tetracaine was 4～24gg·mL^-1（r=0.999 9）with an average recovery of 100.15% （RSD= 1.1% ）. CONCLUSION： The preparation is simple to prepare and stable and controllable in quality.
