摘  要:克拉美丽气田是中国石油新疆油田公司发现的第一个地质储量上千亿立方米、以火山岩为储层的气田,因其储层的非均质性强,开发难度极大。根据克拉美丽火山岩气藏的特征,开展了气井的井口装置、管柱优化、完井工艺和排液采气工艺的研究和现场应用分析,形成了一体化管柱射孔、压裂投产、储层保护等适应克拉美丽气田特点的开采工艺技术。通过对各生产阶段、不同压力及出水量的气井采气工艺的研究和合理选择,满足了不同阶段气井生产的需要,保证了克拉美丽气田的高产稳产,达到了进一步提高气藏最终采收率的目的。The Kelameili gas field,found by the PetroChina Xinjiang Oilfield Company,becomes the first volcanic rock gas field in China whose geologic reserves has been proved to be over a hundred bcm.However,it is difficult to develop because of its strong heterogeneity.According to its unique features,we carried out theoretic studies and field application analysis of a series of gas recovery technologies,including wellhead devices,pipe string optimization,completion process,and gas recovery by liquid drainage,etc.Thus,we developed an integrated gas production technology combining pipe perforation with fracturing and reservoir protection.In view of different gas wells at different production stages,different pressure,and different water yields,we suggest proper gas recovery technology should be carefully chosen to meet the requirement for each stage of gas production in a gas well,thus to ensure steady and high gas productivity in the Kelameili gas field with a highly improved ultimate gas recovery.
