摘 要:针对模板支架扣件连接节点的半刚性特点,对直角扣件抗扭刚度进行试验研究,得到初始扭转刚度Rk与直角扣件螺栓拧紧力矩T的关系式和在螺栓拧紧力矩T=40 N.m时,模板支架节点M-θ的二参数对数非线性模型。提出模板支架计算长度系数应考虑节点半刚性并基于有侧移框架理论进行计算,将得到的结果与整架稳定承载力试验得到的计算长度系数相对比,得出考虑节点半刚性按照有侧移框架理论对模板支架进行设计是安全合理的,为相关规范(规程)的制定打下良好的理论基础。This paper studied the torsional rigidity of couplers for right angle intersection members of falsework, which were characterized by semi-rigid joint. It was showed that initial torsion stiffness Rk and two parameters (M - θ) logarithmic nonlinear model of falsework joints was obtained, whose bolt tightening torque T = 40 N · m. The proposed coefficient for effective length of falsework should consider semi-rigid joint'with the calculation based on sway frame theory and then be compared with coefficient for effective length given by the stability carrying capacity test of the overall falsework. The results show that design falsework according to the semi-rigid joint with sway frame theory is safe and reasonable. Which provides a theoretical basis for formulating relevant specifications (rules).
