摘　　要：某新建高层商业建筑时因基础施工导致相邻建筑受损。通过逐户调查走访、现场检测,结合基础施工、基坑监测资料综合分析推理,再现了基础施工整个过程中相邻建筑的受损情况并进行原因分析,同时对现有房屋局部破损部位提出维修建议。Because of high-rise commercial building foundation construction resulting in damage to adjacent building in a city of Jiangsu,through household surveys,on-site testing and a comprehensive analysis of reasoning according to the information of foundation construction and monitoring of foundation pit, it is reproduced the entire process of damage to adjacent building in the foundation construction and reasoning it, and finally repair recommendations on partially damaged building are proposed.
