光动力学作用对犬乳腺肿瘤细胞IL-6和IL-2影响的试验

摘　　要：用HMME-PDT作用于犬乳腺肿瘤细胞株CHMm后,台盼蓝染色绘制各组细胞的生长曲线,放射免疫法检测PDT后不同时间点检测细胞IL-6、IL-2含量的变化。台盼蓝染色PDT组与对照组比较细胞死亡率明显上升,PDT后随时间延长IL-2含量增加,IL-6含量降低。说明PDT对犬乳腺肿瘤细胞株CHMm的杀伤效应可能是由于细胞IL-6、IL-2含量的变化而引起的。After canine breast tumor cell line CHMm was treated with HMME-PDT. Growth curve of cells in each group was drawn after trypan-blue staining. The changes in the levels of IL-6 and IL-2 were detected with radioimmunoassay method after PDT at different times. The cell death rate of PDT group with trypan-blue staining increased more obviously compared with controls. The levels of IL-2 increased but IL-6 decreased after PDT as time continued. The lethal effect of PDT on canine breast tumor cell line CHMm might be caused by the change in the levels of IL-6 and IL-2 in these cells.
