摘  要:液压控制翻板门是采用油压系统控制翻板门的启闭过程,减小水流对翻板门的拍击作用,增加门体稳定性,是自控翻板门迈向可控翻板门的一条重要途径.其中翻板门启门力的大小及在启闭过程中力的变化是实施有效控制的前提.本文采用模型实验和流场计算相结合的方法,对这一新型液压控制翻板门的门板压强分布、启门力大小及变化规律、降低启门力的措施进行了较为深入的研究,取得了一定研究成果.这一研究为液压翻板门启门力分析提供了有效方法,对液压启闭系统的设计具有重要意义,有助于液压控制翻板门的推广应用.Oil-pressure operated flap gate is an important change from automatic flap gate to controlling flap gate. Adopting oil pressure controlling system to operate gate lifting and closing is useful to reduce the tattling loads of water flow to flap gate and increase gate body's stability. Using the method of physical model experi-ment and flow field computation, flap gate pressure tribution, lifting forces and its changing rules and the reduc-ing lifing force technology are studied and some important conclusions are obtained in this paper. This research provides an effective method for lifting forces of hydraulic controlling flap gate and has a significant value to the design of hydraulic operation lifting system and the application of hydraulic controlling flap gate.
