摘　　要：论文通过对国内外高校图书馆学科馆员的素质及服务模式等相关因素进行比较研究,分析了国内高校图书馆学科馆员服务效果不理想的原因,提出了提升国内高校图书馆学科馆员服务水平的措施。Through the investigation on diathesis and service pattern of subject librarians in university libraries between Chain and abroad, this paper analyzes the reasons why the service effect of subject librarians in Chinese university libraries is not ideal, brings up the measures to enhance the service level of subject librarians in Chinese university libraries.
