摘　　要：目的:建立补骨胶囊中补骨脂素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Hypersil ODS柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相∶甲醇-水(6∶7);流速:1.0 mL.m in-1;检测波长295 nm;柱温:30℃;进量样:20μL。结果:空白试验阴性无干扰,平均回收率为98.12%,RSD=1.9%。结论:本法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为补骨脂胶囊的质量控制方法。OBJECTIVE： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of psoralen in MBC. METHODS： The sample was determined by HPLC on Hypersil ODS（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（6∶7） at a flow rate of 0.1 mL·min^（-1）.The detection wavelength was set at 295 nm.The column temperature was kept an 30℃ and the injection volume of sample was 20 μL.RESULTS： Blank test was negative without interference.The average recover rate of psoralen was 98.12%（RSD=1.9%）.CONCLUSION： The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and it is applicable for the quality control standard of MBC.
