摘　　要：目的：探讨美国处方药费用变化原因,为完善建立我国科学合理的医药价格形成机制提供思路。方法：分析美国1991-2006年的处方药费用趋势及筹资来源。结果及结论：影响美国处方药费用变化的主要因素为药物利用增加,药品价格增长,用药类型改变及广告效应。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the causes for the variation of spending on U.S.prescription medicines so as to present some ideas for establishing and evolving a scientific and reasonable drug price formation mechanism in China.METHODS： The trend and funding source of spending on U.S.prescription drugs during the period 1991～2006 were analyzed.RESULTS CONCLUSION： The increase in drug use and drug price,changes in types of drugs and advertising were the main driving factors for the variation of the spending of U.S.prescription drugs.
