摘　　要：目的：正确评价双黄连、清开灵、刺五加、茵栀黄和鱼腥草5种常用中药注射液在临床的应用情况,为临床提供一定的数据资料,指导合理用药。方法：收集1994~2008年国内文献报道的1 056例中药注射液致不良反应病例,并进行统计分析。结果：归纳总结出中药注射液不良反应发生的一般规律和有关特征。结论：临床应加强对中药注射液的合理应用,避免和减少不良反应的发生。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the clinical application situation of five common Chinese medicine injections（Shuanghuanglian,Qingkailing,Acanthopanax,Yinzhihuang,and Heartleaf Houttuynia Herb） so as to provide clinical data for guidance of rational medication.METHODS： A total of 1 056 ADR（adverse drug reaction） cases induced by the above 5 Chinese herbal medicines reported in domestic literature during 1994～2008 were collected for statistical analysis.RESULTS： The regular pattern and the characteristics of the ADRs induced by the 5 traditional Chinese medicine injections have been summarized in our study.CONCLUSION： The rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections should be emphasized to avoid and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
