摘　　要：目的:对本院门诊处方质量抽查分析,进行点评,查找问题,提高处方质量,促进合理用药。方法:取2007年下半年、2008年上半年、2008年下半年每月第3周星期一处方,对当日处方随机抽取300张。各半年分别抽取1 800张,对其各指标进行分析,比较处方质量情况。结果:处方合格率由2007年下半年的85.22%上升至2008年下半年的95.06%;抗菌药物处方使用率由2007年下半年的44.33%下降至2008年下半年的34.71%;注射剂处方使用率由2007年下半年的53.11%下降至2008年下半年的33.23%。结论:本院门诊处方自《处方管理办法》实施以后,处方质量显著提高,但仍存在一些问题,需加强管理。OBJECTIVE： To survey and evaluate the quality of outpatient prescriptions in order to find out the problems and improve the quality of prescriptions and promote rational drug use.METHODS： 300 prescriptions were sampled on Monday at the third week each month in the second half year of 2007,the first half and second half year of 2008（i.e.1 800 in each half a year） for analysis of prescription indicators,with the quality of prescriptions compared.RESULTS： The proportion of qualified prescriptions increased from 85.22% in 2007 to 95.06% in 2008.The ratio of antibiotic use dropped to 34.71% in 2008 from 44.33% in 2007;and the ratio of the use of injections dropped to 33.23% in 2008 from 53.11% in 2007. CONCLUSION： The quality of the outpatient prescriptions has been improved markedly since the implementation of ＂Prescription Management Method＂,yet it is far from perfect,therefore,strengthened management on which remains to be done.
