肝癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的测定及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:分析肝癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平的特点、影响因素及临床意义。方法:对50例肝癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞及NK活性进行检测,并测定了部分患者T淋巴细胞亚群变化,比较其与正常人群对照组的差别。结果:肿瘤患者二项指标均低于正常对照组,CD3+、CD4+细胞数减少,CD8+数增加,Th/Ts比例下降或倒置。结论:肝癌患者存在细胞免疫功能紊乱,检测肝癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的表达对评估患者的细胞免疫功能及疾病的预后具有一定的临床意义。OBJECTIVE：To analyze the characteristics,associated factors and clinical significance of the level of T lymphocyte subgroup in peripheral blood in patients with liver cancer. METHODS： T-lymphocytes and NK activities of 50 liver cancer patients and the change of T-lymphocytes subsets in some of the 50 patients were detected,and the results were compared with those of the normal control. RESULTS： Both of the above two indexes were lower in the tumor patients than in the normal control. The numbers of CD3^＋ and CD4^＋ cells decreased,but the number of CD8^＋ cells increased and the Th/ Ts ratio decreased or inverted. CONCLUSION： The cellular immune function is abnormal in patient with liver cancer. Detecting T lymphocyte subgroup expression in peripheral blood in patients with liver cancer is of clinical value for assessing cellular immune function and prognosis of disease.
