摘　　要：目的:观察伐昔洛韦治疗儿童水痘的临床疗效及安全性。方法:83例水痘患儿随机分为观察组42例和对照组41例,观察组采用伐昔洛韦治疗,对照组采用利巴韦林治疗,观察、分析、比较两组患儿临床体征的变化。结果:观察组患儿退热时间、皮疹结痂时间和临床总有效率均好于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:伐昔洛韦治疗儿童水痘疗效高,安全可靠,可缩短疗程,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE：To observe the efficacy and safety of valaciclovir hydrochloride for varicella in children. METHODS： A total of 83 children with varicella were assigned to either trial group （n=42） treated with valaciclovir hydrochloride or control group treated with tribavirin,and then the clinical signs in two groups were observed,analyzed and compared. RESULTS： Fever subsidence time and incrustation time of skin rash and the clinical total effective rate in the trial group were all better than in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were significant （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： The valaciclovir hydrochloride was prove to be safe and effective for varicella in children and it can shorten the course of treatment,and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
