医学院校大学生的自信心与时间管理倾向的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨医学院校大学生的自信心与时间管理倾向之间的关系。方法采用黄希庭、张志杰编制的青少年时间管理倾向量表(ATMD)与罗森伯格编制的自信心量表对唐山市某医学院校的210名在校大学生进行调查。结果医学院校大学生自信水平较高,自信者占84.76%;时间管理倾向各维度与自信之间存在显著正相关;不同自信程度的学生之间在时间管理倾向总分上的差异非常显著(F=18.354,P<0.01)。尤其在时间监控观(F=15.393,P<0.01)与时间效能感(F=25.650,P<0.01)2维度上表现尤为明显。结论医学院校大学生比较自信,他们越自信,越善于进行时间管理。Objective To explore the relationship between time management disposition and self-confidence of medical university students. Method A total of 210 medical university students of Tangshan were tested by means of Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale（ATMD） and Self-confidence Scale. Results A total of 210 college students were self confidence;all aspects of ATMD were significantly correlated with self-confident level. And the higher the level of self-confidence,the higher the level of time management disposition. It was obvious in the time monitoring concept and time efficacy. Conclusion The level of self confidence of medical university students is high, ATMD of medical university students are closely correlated with their self-confidence.
