摘　　要：介绍网络环境下图书馆个性化服务的主要方式,包括网站页面定制、信息推送、知识挖掘、信息导航、智能代理及形式多样的参考咨询、实时交互等。指出图书馆工作应使个性化服务不断创新,通过网络服务平台,实现个性化优质服务。The paper briefly introduces the main ways of personalized services in libraries, including page customizing, information pushing, knowledge mining, information navigating, intelligent agents as well as various types of reference and real - time interaction. It points out that libraries work should make constant innovation of personalized information service, realize personalized excellent quality service through network service platform.
