核-壳型乳液混凝土脱模剂的研究

摘　　要：本文研制了一种以固体微粒为核，有机高分子为壳的核－壳型乳液混凝土脱膜剂，并对产品性能进行了测定。实验结果表明，该脱模剂脱模效果好，可降低预制构件与模具间的粘附力，粘灰量少。可广泛用于钢模、木模、混凝土基隔离之用。お? A nucleusshell emulsion agent for concrete releasing has been prepared,taking solid particles as its nucleus and organic polymers as its shell.The performance of this agent is observed and determined.Experimental results show that this kind of releasing agent mainfests quite good releasing effects,with the adhesion between prefabricated components and moulds reduced and only a small amount of ash adhered.The present releasing agent will surely find a wide application in the release of concrete components from steel or wood moulds as well as from each other.
