摘 要:本文研究了不同浓度ZnSO4对土壤微生物和酶活性的影响。结果表明基质中ZnSO4浓度在40ppm以上时对细菌、放线菌和硝化菌有明显抑制作用,400ppm时细菌已不能生长。高达3200ppm时,放线菌与硝化菌也不能存活。只有真菌维持了较高数量。土壤中施ZnSO4对土壤微生物及酶的影响有与上同样的趋势,但因土壤对ZnSO4有较强缓冲作用,ZnSO4的抑制作用显著减弱。The effects of different concetration ZnSO_4 on soil biological activity were studied. Results showed when ZnSO_4 concentration in medium was over and above 40ppm, the bacteria/actinomyces and nitrifying bacieria were inhbited obviously;when 400ppm-bacteria did not grown, and 3200ppm-the actinomyces and nitrifying bacteria did not lived yet, but fungus maintained in large amounts. The effect of ZnSO4 application to soil on soil microbioal activity and soil enzymes tended to the same conclusion as above. But bucause buffer action of soil for ZnSO_4 was larger, the inhibition of ZnSO_4 weakened conspicuously.
