摘 要:针对单杂质间歇用水网络中的新鲜水消耗量最小化问题,本文建立了基于连续时间的优化模型,用于废水直接回用的用水调度优化,并提出了操作周期长度调优的方法。目的在于通过调度优化增加废水回用机会以提高用水系统的废水回用率。采用GAMS软件对所建立的MINLP模型进行求解。研究表明:本文的数学优化模型能够有效地提高单杂质间歇用水过程的废水回用率并具有最优的操作周期长度。通过2个实例阐明了本文优化方法的有效性。A continuous-time formulation for freshwater minimization in a batch plant is proposed to optimize a single contaminant water-using network,in which freshwater consumption is reduced through scheduling on wastewater reuse.The optimization on the time horizons is also proposed.It aims at increasing wastewater recovery through scheduling on wastewater reuse.Commercial software package GAMS is used to solve the MINLP problem.The results show that the proposed approach can be effectively used to increase wastewater recovery of a single contaminant batch water-using system and the optimal time horizon can also be attained. Two case studies are used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
