摘  要:分析了带式输送机液压张紧装置的工作原理,应用功率键合图理论,建立了起动张紧过程和放松过程2种工况的键合图模型。选取容性元件和惯性元件上自变量的积分作为状态变量,推导出系统的状态空间方程,从而建立了动态模型,得出系统的动态特性。利用Matlab/Simulink对系统进行数值仿真,分析系统的响应情况。The paper analyzed the working principle of the hydraulic tension device for belt conveyor. With the key connection drawing theory, a key connection drawing model of the two performance for the start tension procedure and the tension releasing procedure was es- tablished. The self variation integrals of the tolerance element and the inertance element were selected as the status variation to calculate the status space equation of the system. Therefore, the dynamic model was established and the dynamic features of the system ware ob- tained. The Matlab/Simulink was applied to the numerical simulation of the system and to the analysis of the system response condition.
