摘　　要：目的探讨锁骨下静脉穿刺口敷贴更换间隔的最佳时间。方法将212例经锁骨下静脉穿刺置管的病例随机分成5组,穿刺后第1天常规更换敷贴后,分别在每天,隔1、2、3、4天更换敷贴1次,比较5组病人穿刺口感染的发生率。结果5组病人穿刺口感染发生率的差别有统计学意义(p<0.05),其中以每隔2天更换敷贴1次可在保证较低感染率的基础上,节省医疗资源。结论锁骨下静脉穿刺口敷贴的最佳更换间隔时间为2天,可以有效预防穿刺口感染。Objective：To figure out the best blanking time to change the surgical dressing of the subclavicular venous puncture.Methods：212 patents treated by the subclavicular venous puncture were randomly divided into five groups.Those groups were asked to change the surgical dressing of the subclavicular venous puncture every day, every other day, every two days, three days and four days, individually. The infection rates of the subclavieular venous puncture between the two groups were compared. Results：There was significant difference of the infection rates among the five groups （/9〈0.05）. Changing the surgical dressing every two days could also keep the low infection rates. Conclusion：The best blanking time to change the surgical dressing of the subelavieular venous puncture was two days, which could effectively prevent the puncture from infecting and save the medical resources.
