摘　　要：总结了6例系统性红斑狼疮患者因宫颈CIN3而行LEEP或全子宫切除术后的随访过程。主要包括心理护理、健康教育、病历的收集和保存。认为对系统性红斑狼疮患者合并宫颈CIN3的手术后患者加强随访,重视心理护理和健康教育可增强患者对疾病治愈的信心,对控制病情和提高其生活质量有很大的帮助。The follow-up procedures after the surgery of the systematic lupus erythematosus patients with cervical CIN3 were summarized,including the psychological nursing, health education,and medical records collection and storage.h was considered the follow-ups after the patients＂ surgery so important.It was suggested that we should enhance the psychological nursing and health education,in order to help build the patients＇ confidence of the disease rehabilitation and improve the quality of life.
