摘　　要：目的总结了859名行宫颈锥形电切术患者的围手术期护理,主要包括术前护理、术后护理、出院指导。认为高质量的健康教育和良好的围手术期护理能消除宫颈锥形电切患者的紧张、焦虑心理,有助于提高患者对手术的依从性和对疼痛的耐受性。The perioperation nursing of the 859 patients who were treated by the cervical cone electrosection with hysteroscopy was summarized,including the pre-operation nursing care, the operation nursing care,the post-operation nursing care,and the patients＂ discharge education.It was considered highly qualified health education and good perioperation nursing care important to the patients, which could help alleviate the patients＂ anxiety and depression because of the surgery, improve their adherence and their endurance of pain.
