摘　　要：唾液是人体重要的体液之一。作为诊断标本与血清相比，具有操作简单、无创伤、不需要特殊设备及专业训练人员的参与即可收集的优势。可以作为感染性疾病、激素、药物等的检测标本。该文概述了唾液作为诊断标本的新的研究进展，并对唾液作为诊断标本的可行性进行了分析评价。Saliva is one of the important human body fluids. As a diagnostic fluid, saliva offers distinct advantages over serum because it can be collected non-invasively by individuals with modest training. Analysis of saliva may be used for the diagnosis of infectious diseases, the monitoring of hormone or drug levels ect.. This article summarized the new developments of the diagnostic application of saliva, and evaluated the feasibility about the diagnostic application of saliva.
