摘　　要：目的探讨脑卒中患者肺部感染的危险因素和感染的护理。方法回顾性分析我院74例脑卒中患者的护理。结果假性球麻痹并发肺部感染患者经过精心护理，均能取得一定的改善。结论加强呼吸道的护理，严格无菌操作，合理使用抗生素，积极治疗基础疾病，增加患者机体抵抗力等可减少肺部感染的发生率。Objective To explore the nursing intervention on pseudobulbar palsy patients with pulmonary infection after stroke. Methods Retrospective analysis was used in this study. Nursing methods on 74 pseudobulbar palsy patients with pulmonary infection after stroke were summarized. Results Enhancing nursing on respiratory tract, aseptic operation, rational using of the antibiotics, treat underlying diseases and increase the body resistance were useful nursing methods for decreasing the ineidenee of pulmonary infection. Conclusions Nursing intervention on pseudobulbar palsy patients with pulmonary infection after stroke was useful.
