摘　　要：根据油气勘探项目后评价的任务和目标,结合油气勘探项目的特点,勘探项目后评价工作内容一般包括目标实现程度、决策与部署、物探勘探、钻探勘探、投资与效益以及影响与持续性等方面的评价。勘探项目后评价的每个工作环节都需要优选评价方法,建立评价指标体系,对评价指标进行定义、分类和确立取值标准。建立后评价指标体系的原则包括:全面性、目的性和可比性。要按照规范化、定量化的要求,建立勘探项目后评价指标体系。勘探项目后评价指标可以划分为单要素指标和多要素指标,指标有数字型、概念型和模糊型三大类。实现指标要素定量化的方法有计算法、差减法和定性描述法。依据指标结果将项目划分出优、良、中、差的级别。在建立后评价指标体系的同时,建立指标量化标准,实现勘探项目有效对比。有必要建立勘探项目后评价数据库,以提高后评价的效率和质量。Post-evaluations of oil and gas exploration projects generally include criteria such as the degree of to which targets were realized, decision-making and deployment, geophysical and drilling exploration, investment and benefits, as well as the project's effect and sustainability. Evaluations are carried out based on the project's characteristics and according to the tasks and aims of the post-evaluation. It is necessary to optimize evaluation methods, and build up a system of evaluation indexes for each link in the operation of the project. Meanwhile, the definitions, categories and standard values of the evaluation indexes should be established. The system should be comprehensive, objective-oriented, standardized and quantified. There are three kinds of indexes, numerical, conceptual and fuzzy relational, which can be divided to single factor indexes and multi-factor indexes. The methods for index quantification are calculation, subtraction and qualitative description. The projects are classified as excellent, good, satisfactory and unsatisfactory according to the results of index analysis. In order to compare explorations project effectively, there must be standands established for the quantification of post-evaluation indexes. It is also imperative to set up a data base for post-evaluations of exploration projects to boost the efficiency and quality of evaluations.
