摘　　要：网页标准是目前网页设计应遵循的事实上的行业标准。笔者结合行业实际和教学经验，指出Web行业和教育界对网页标准的一些不当的理解和使用，以及采取Web标准进行商务网站设计的要点。web standard is the very criteria of the web design industry. With the combination of the situation of the industry and the teaching experience, the author points out the inappropriate understandings and applications of the web standard by web industry and the teaching circle, and the key points in using web standard to design web pages.
