摘　　要：广东海岛众多,海岛土地资源的开发利用越来越受到重视.文章根据实地考察和土地利用数据,分析了南澳岛土地资源特点、近10年来土地利用变化情况及存在的主要问题,并针对性地提出海岛土地资源可持续利用的策略.With more and more attention to. According to the field investigation and the data of land use, this paper analyzed the characteristics of the land resource, and the problems which exist in land use of Nan＇ ao Island in recent 10 years. And it provided the strategies of sustainable utilization of the land resources.
