摘 要:对Cu、TiB2混合粉末进行了高能球磨实验和相应的粒度分析以及粉末形貌观察,研究了高能球磨对Cu基复合材料的力学性能、电学性能和显微组织的影响。结果表明,高能球磨使粉末细化,在球磨初期,粉末粒度下降很快,当粉末粒度下降到一定值,细化难以继续进行,得到TiB2颗粒细小弥散分布的复合粉末;TiB2的加入,使铜基体的硬度、强度得到显著提高,电导率下降;相比常规粉末冶金方法,高能球磨方法制备的TiB2/Cu复合材料的硬度、强度大大提高,而电导率较低。The mixed powder of original copper and titanium diboride was ball milled.The size of mixed powder particles was analyzed using Laser Particle Size Analyzers and the morphology was observed using TEM.The mechanical properties,electrical properties and microstructure of the compositions prepared by ball milling and the PM method were evaluated.The results show that the particle size of mixed powder decreases,but the refinement rate of the particle decreases with prolonging milling time.The particle size reaches a stable size and the TiB2 particle is well-distributed in TiB2/Cu mixed powder.The adding of TiB2 improves the hardness,bending strength of the TiB2/Cu compositions and decreases the conductivity of the TiB2/Cu composition.Compared with the TiB2/Cu composition prepared with the PM method,the TiB2/Cu composition prepared with high-energy ball milling has much higher hardness,higher bending strength and lower conductivity.
