摘　　要：采用富士PLC、人机界面与伺服驱动器实现了铜片的增量式剪切控制。详细论述了该系统的硬件组成、系统控制和软件设计,给出了系统结构图,人机界面的部分画面图和PLC的程序框图。该系统具有稳定、精度高的特点。The incremental cutting control of sheet copper are realized by PLC and human machine interface and servo,The hardware constitute and the software design of system are described in detail, The system hardware structure diagram, parts of menu drawing of the man-machine interfaces and procedure of the PLC are given, This system have stable and high precision,preculiarity.
