摘　　要：针对目前装备需求研究领域普遍存在的需求研究成果难以应用于工程实践的问题，分析了问题产生的根源，提出了建立并使用需求树模型来描述需求研究成果是解决这一问题的有效方法。详细阐述了需求树模型的原理及其使用方法，并指出需求树模型的推广应用需要一定的制度保障。Aiming at the problem which generally exists in the fields of equipment requirement research that most requirement products are hard to be used in engineering practice, the root which brings this problem is analyzed, and it is proposed that the valid method to solve this problem is to build and use requirement tree model to represent the product of requirement research. The theory and usage of requirement tree model are expatiated. It is pointed out in the end that spread and use of requirement tree model needs some institutional methods.
