摘 要:目的探讨高频超声诊断在胸壁闭合伤中对肋骨、肋软骨、胸骨骨折及软组织损伤的应用价值。方法对87例x线平片均显示为正常的胸部闭合性伤患者,应用高频超声检查并动态观察愈合过程。结果高频超声诊断骨折102处,部分昆示软组织增厚肿胀或血肿形成液性暗区。结论高频超声能准确清晰显示胸壁骨折的部位、骨折分离、错位的程度以及软组织损伤和血肿情况,是诊断肋软骨骨折及胸壁软组织损伤的首选方法,同时可作为肋骨及胸骨骨折的补充诊断方法,且能动态观察愈合过程。Objective To expiore the diagnosis value of high - frequency ultrasound in closed injuries of the chest wall to the ribs, costal cartilage, stenlum fraetures and soft tissue injury. Methods 87 patients who were showed normally closed chest trauma with X - ray were examined and observed dynamically the healing process with high - frequency ultrasound. Results High - frequency ultrasound diagnosis of 102 sites fractures, showed part of the soft tissue swelling or hematoma formation thickening fluid nature of the dark zone. Conclusion High frequency ultrasound can clearly show the location of chest wall fractures, fracture separation, the extent of dislocation and soft tissue damage and hematoma circumstances. High frequency ultrasound is the preferred method for the diagnosis of costal cartilage fracture and chest wall soft tissue injury, and can be used as supplementary diagnostic methods for ribs and sternum fracture and dynamieally observe the healing process.
