基层医院骨科电钻两种灭菌方法的监测与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨基层医院骨科电钻灭菌的方法。方法将两个电钻分10次分别用两种方法灭菌。方法1：用戊二醛灭菌柜灭菌；方法2：将电钻前端用预真空压力蒸汽灭菌，手柄、电池部分用一次性无菌电钻套二次包装。对两种方法灭菌处理后的电钻进行效果监测。结果两个电钻经两种方法灭菌后采样培养活菌计数均无细菌生长。结论基层医院骨科电钻灭菌工作中，无菌方法正确才能确保灭菌效果，以提高灭菌质量，提供安全的手术灭菌物品。Objective To study the methods of sterilization for electric drill in department of orthopedics in primary hospital. Methods Compared with the effeet of the way of sterilization which divided into two groups, namely group one with the glutarie dialdehyde and the group two included front end of the electric drill with the autoclaving, the hand knob and battery were wrapped with two layers disposable package of electric drill. Results 10 times of two electric drills with two methods for sterilization which were Sampled and cultured bacteria and found no bacteria growth. Conclusion It is important to take the right way of sterilization for electric drill and the sterilization quality is the key that can ensure the safe of operation and the effect of sterilization in primary hospital.
