摘　　要：近年来,柳松菇(Agrocybe aegerita)作为一种食用菌新品种,以其独特的风味、丰富的营养及一定的药用价值,受到越来越多的关注。本文概括介绍了柳松菇的生物学特性、栽培方法和遗传研究进展。Agrocybe aegerita, as a kind of now edible mushroom breed, has been paid more attention with its unique flavor, abundant nutrition and medicinal value by mushroom researchers during recent years. And its biological characteristics, cultivation methods and genetic research development were briefly introduced in this paper.
