摘　　要：报道了中国蕨叶蜂科一新属新种：黄足华脉叶蜂Ｓｉｎｏｎｅｒｖａａｌｂｉｐｅｓ，ｇｅｎ．ｅｔｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．A new genus with a new species of Selandriidae is described from China: Sinonerva albipes ,gen.et sp. nov..The type specimen is kept in the Insect Collection of Central South Forestry University,Zhuzhou,China.The new genus is similar to Adelesta Ross and Nipponorhynchus Takeuchi and differs from other known genera of the family in front anal cell with a middle cross vein which cuts the anal cell into two parts subequal in length.The new genus differs from Adelesta and Nipponorhynchus in mandible bidentate,the second segment of antenna longer than wide,prepectus and posttergite developed,claw with a small basal lobe,cell Rs in hind wing remote from vein Sc+R and anal cell shortly petiolate.
