摘　　要：在综合评述当前企业竞争情报能力构成要素的相关研究成果的基础上,结合企业资源基础论、企业能力理论等,从资源-能力的视角构建企业竞争情报能力的结构模型,并对其结构要素进行了深入阐释。Outlines and analyses the related research on the structure elements of CIC . The paper constructs the structural model of enterprise CIC guided by the resource-based theory, core competency theory ete, and then analyzes the structure elements thoroughly and systematically.
