摘　　要：卷烟机供纸系统的主要任务是为烟支卷纸成形提供连续、稳定运行的烟条包裹纸带。供纸系统运行工况稳定与否是直接影响烟支卷接质量的一个重要因素。文中针对现有的供纸装置存在的不足,自行设计研制了一种新型的卷烟机在线分切供纸装置,并对该装置的核心纠偏系统进行了详细的理论分析和计算,经试验验证该装置具有很强的引纸、分切、分离和导纸能力,香烟的卷制质量也得到了明显的提高。The main task of paper-feeding system is to provide continuous and stable paper for cigarette making machine. The stability of paper-feeding system will directly affect the quality of cigarettes. Aiming at the shortage of the existing paper-feeding device, a new paper-feeding device which cutting paper online is designed. As the core of the device, the theoretical analysis and calculation of the paper alignment control system is presented. It approves that this device has great superiority in paper guiding, cutting and separating. The quality of cigarettes is also markedly improved.
