基于轮毂零件形位误差检测的综合检具的研究

摘　　要：以综合检具为研究对象,介绍了用于汽车轮毂形位误差检测的综合检具的组成及检测,同时指出了该综合检具测量尺寸单一的不足,并提出了改进设计,实现了同一套检具可测量同系列不同轮毂尺寸的形位误差。Integrated testing tool is taken as the research subject. The composition and testing of integrated testing tool which is used by the form and position error testing of automobile hub are introduced. Also the defect of single measurement of integrated testing tool is pointed,and a improving design is advanced. It is realized that a set of gauge can measure form and position errors of the same series of different hub sizes.
