摘　　要：目的探讨经肛门内镜下直肠肿物切除术的护理管理经验。方法通过经肛门内镜下直肠肿物切除术的术中管理，根据肿瘤位置采用双重体位、纤维直肠镜专科仪器设备以及镜下左右手器械的合理应用，分析总结出有效的护理管理模式。结果安全牢靠的折刀位及截石位的正确摆放、熟练的仪器设备安装、积极有效的拓宽手术野，确保了手术的顺利进行。结论围手术期器械、仪器设备的合理应用，恰当的摆放手术体位是围手术期护理管理的重要因素。Objective To discussion the nursing management experience of endoscopic transanal rectal tumor excision. Methods Using the management of the operationinendoscopic transanal rectal tumor excision ,and according to the tumor＇s location using a dual position, WOLF specialist equipment and apparatus under the reasonable application of fight-hand man. Analysis and conclude the effective care management model. Results Safet and solid clasp-knife position , display the correct lithotomy position, skilled equipment installation, active and effective to broaden operation＇ s horizons, to ensure the smooth progress of surgery. Conclusions Reasonable application of peroperative period equipmentsand proper operation of the display position is an important factor, of the peroperative period management.
