摘  要:以正辛醇为溶剂对水样中双酚A、辛基酚和壬基酚进行溶剂浮选分离和富集。水样溶液的适宜酸度为pH3,通入速率为60mL·min-1氮气浮选90min。浮选完成时,分取上层清液10μL供高效液相色谱分析用。上述3种环境激素的检出限(3s/b)依次为0.025,0.011,0.042μg.L-1。以不含上述化合物的水样作为基体,采用标准加入法对方法做回收试验,测得回收率在93.3%~102.0%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=7)在1.3%~4.9%之间。Bisphenol A, octylphenol and nonylphenol were separated from water sample and enriched by solvent floatation with n-octanol as solvent from the water sample at pH 3, and floated with nitrogen at a flow-rate of 60 mL · min^-1 , for 90 min. At the end of floatation, 10 μL of the supernatant organic phase were taken for HPLC analysis. Detection limits (3s/b) found were 0. 025 μg · L^-1 (for bisphenol A), 0. 011 μg · L^-1 (for octylphenol) and 0. 042 μg · L^-1 (for nonylphenol). Tests for recovery were made with a blank water sample as matrix by standard addition method, values of recovery were found in the range of 93.3% to 102. 0%, with values of RSD's (n=7) ranged from l. 3% to 4. 9%.
