摘 要:介绍了牛奶蛋白纤维的表面形态、纤维特点,并将牛奶蛋白纤维与棉、粘胶、蚕丝、羊毛等纤维的性能进行了对比分析,对牛奶蛋白纤维与其他几种纤维交织织物的服用性能进行了测试分析。测试结果表明牛奶蛋白纤维悬垂系数小,光泽好,抗起毛起球性较好,但耐皱性欠佳,耐磨性能比较差,是加工春夏季T恤衬衫、内衣等服饰的理想原料。This article described the milk protein fiber' s surface morphology and characteristics, compared and analysised the different properties among milk protein fiber, cotton, rayon, silk, wool and other fibers. Using milk protein fiber weaved with several different fibers, tested and analysised their fabric performance. Test results showed that the milk protein fiber drape coefficient was small, with good gloss. Anti-fuzzy and pilling property was pretty good, but wrinkle-resistant property was not good, abrasion resistance was bad. The fiber was more suitable for spring and summer of the T shirt and underwear clothing.
