论党的建设在西藏经济社会发展中的作用

摘　　要：推进党在西藏的建设始终围绕和服务于西藏的改革开放和现代化建设事业而展开。文章就和平解放以来党的建设在西藏取得的辉煌成就、深入贯彻十七届四中全会精神、进一步加强和改进党在西藏的建设、以十七届四中全会精神为动力,奋力促进西藏经济社会科学发展等方面作了理论论述。Promoting the building of the Party in Tibet has always been around and serving the reform and opening up and modernization in Tibet. This article discusses the following aspects from the theory： since the peaceful liberation of Tibet,the party＇s building in Tibet has been making the brilliant achievements;Thoroughly implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Congress of the Communist Party of China,to carry forward further development of the Party building in Tibet;and with the spirit of conference as a driving force,struggling to promote the development of Tibet＇s economy and society.
