摘　　要：本文从图书馆知识服务的现有模式出发,分析其局限性,并提出基于统一资源管理的知识服务模式,包括资源整合、知识搜索、个人知识门户、隐性知识挖掘等方面。该模式有助于图书馆元数据管理系统的建立及用户体验与忠诚度的提升。On the ground of the current models of knowledge service in libraries, this paper analyzed the limitation and put forward the model based on Unified Resource Management in libraries, which includes resources integration, knowledge search engine, personal knowledge portal and tacit knowledge mining. The model will contribute to set up the Metadata Management System as well as leverage user experience and loyalty.
