摘 要:目的探讨尿沉渣显微镜红细胞及白细胞定量计数与尿液细胞实际浓度之间的关系。方法收集患者尿液干化学检查细胞阳性标本63例,RCF400g,离心5min,吸取上清液,余0.2ml尿沉渣,分别对不离心尿液、离心后尿液上清液及尿沉渣进行显微镜细胞定量计数。结果离心后尿沉渣细胞计数结果与不离心尿液细胞计数结果有较大差异;39例含有红细胞的尿液离心后尿沉渣中检出红细胞数仅为未离心尿液红细胞数的65.7%;24例含有白细胞的尿液离心后尿沉渣中检出白细胞数为未离心尿液白细胞数的70.3%。上清液中红、白细胞残留率分另0为8.02%和8.6%;尿沉渣及上清液细胞计数之和小于未离心尿液细胞数。结论传统尿沉渣显微镜细胞定量计数方法,由于存在诸多影响因素,即使进行标准化的操作,方法规范,条件固定,也很难获得准确结果,不适于作为尿液有形成分细胞定量的检查方法。Objective To evaluate the quantitative method Collection of dry chemical examination of urinary cells, 63 of detecting urinary RBC and WBC with microscopic. Methods cases of positive samples,RCF 400 g,centrifuged 5 min ,aspirated the supernatant,remained 0. 2ml urine sediment. Urinary cells were counted in uncentrifuged samples,centrifuged samples and in the supernatant with microscopic. Results There were difference between the uncentrifuged samples and centrifuged samples. 39 cases containing RBC detected in the urine sediment was 65.7% of in the uncentrifuged urine;24 cases containing WBC detected in the urine sediment was 70.3% of in centrifuge urine. The remnant rates of RBC and WBC in the supernatant were 8.02% and 8.6%. The total cells in urine sediments and in the supernatant were less than in the uncentrifuged samples. Conclusion The method of convention quantitative analysis urine sediment with microscopic,because there are many influencing factors ,even if the standardized operation ,method specification ,conditions fixed ,it is difficult to obtain accurate results. It is not applicable for the quantitative analysis of the cells in urine. It can't reflect the actual concentration of formed elements.
