摘  要:目的研究不同病因产生的白细胞性胸腔积液中腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)活性值的差异,及其与传统的常规生化学指标之闻的相互关系。方法分析100例白细胞性胸腔积液中的ADA活性值,其中包括结核性40例、恶性肿瘤性40例、漏出性20例。结果以40U/L作为诊断结核的阳性界限值。其特异度为98.4%,敏感度为97.0%;ADA活性值与白细胞总数、淋巴细胞百分比、中性粒细胞百分比、常规生化指标含量无关。恶性胸腔积液的ADA活性值与漏出性胸腔积液比较无显著性差异。结论ADA检测对结核性胸腔积液具有相当高的特异度(98.4%),敏感度(97.0%)。常规生化指标与ADA活性值无明显相关性。Objective To investigate the difference of adenosine deaminase (ADA) activity value in leucocytic pleural effussion came of different pathogeny,and the relationship with conventional biochemies index. Methods 100 samples of ADA activity value in leucocytic pleural effussion were included in study,which consisted of 40 tuberculous samples, 40 therioma samples and 20 transudative samples. Results Took 40U/L as a positive diagnosis of tuberculosis threshold,the specificity was 98. 4% ,the sensitivity was 97. 0%;ADA activity value had no relationship with the total number of white blood cells, lymphocyte percentage,neutrophil percentage and conventional biochemics indexes. Compared value of ADA activity with therioma pleurat effussion and transudative pleural effussion,there was no significant difference. Conclusion Adenosine deaminase (ADA) detection has high specificity (98.4%) and sensitivity (97.0%) to tuberculous pleural effussion. There is no obvious relativity between ADA activity value and conventional biochemics indexes.
