监护室人工气道气囊压力监测调查与对策

摘　　要：目的调查温州、上海、杭州、哈尔滨、金华等地区三甲医院监护室人工气道气囊压力监测的落实情况。方法向温州、上海、杭州等地共8个监护室发放关于人工气道气囊压力监测落实情况的调查问卷，结果发放调查问卷280份，回收246份，人工气道气囊压力监测的落实情况与测试者的职称、学历、工龄和专业技能水平无关（均P〉0．05），与科室管理督促的力度有关（P〈0．05）。人工气道气囊压力监测落实率仅为41．06％，未落实原因中主观原因占91．46％。结论目前大部分监护室还末重视应用压力表来监测人工气道气囊版力的操作。建议规范操作，加强教育，在监护室记录单上设置相应记录压力数据的眉栏。Objective To investigate ？the current situation of monitoring the pressure of air bag in artificial airway in intensive care units in several cities and giver suggestions on the relevant strategies. Methods A questionnaire survey on the eurrent situation of monitoring the pressure of air bag in artificial airway in intensive care units was conducted in the ICUs of 8 grade A class 3 hospitals in Wenzhou, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Harbin, and Jinhua. Results The questionnaire a retrieval rate was of 87.86%. The implementation rate of monitoring the pressure of air bag in artificial airway was not associated with the professional title, educational background, seniority, and professional skills of the nurses （all P〉 0.05）, however, was associated with the efforts to urge the management （P〈 0.05）. The general implementation rate was only 41.06%. Among all the reasons that induced the failure of implementation 91.46% were subjective reasons. Conclusion So far, most ICUs fail to realize the importance of using pressure gauge to monitor the pressure of the air bag in artificial airway. It is suggested that the relevant operation should be standardized, education should be strengthened, and relevant data about the pressure should be recorded at the top of ICU nursing record sheet.
