摘　　要：太极柔力球运动是一项新型体育项目。北京体育大学已经成立太极柔力球协会,并已经招收了几届学员。同时针对武术专业的学生,拟开设太极柔力球课程。经过长期的教学实践与摸索,已经在太极柔力球课程的教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、组织形式及课程评价方面积累了宝贵的经验,现在实践基础上对这些资源进行系统性、客观性整理、挖掘与提炼,以期更好地构建太极柔力球课程。Taichi Softball is a new sport.It has become an elective or required course in some universities.Taichi Softball has gradually become popular in Beijing Sport University.Owing to the joint effort of the teachers and students of the whole un-iversity,the sport has been injected into new blood,such as the creation of new routions of Taichi Softball.Our Physical Education Institute has already set up Taichi Softball,and has recruited several groups of trainees.At the same time,we are to set up Taichi Softball class for Wushu major students.After a long period of teaching and studying,We have already accumulate precious experience in teaching targets,teaching materials,teaching methods,organization forms and curriculum evaluation of Taichi Softball.And now,on the basis of the practice,we organize,mine and extract all these materials systematically and objectively,with a view to building better Taichi Softball curriculum.
