摘　　要：近年海外针对中国人的侵害行为不断发生,海外安全问题正成为我国参与全球化进程中日益凸现、必须重视的问题。正确、有效地处理海外安全问题,要努力塑造国家形象,正确对外传播信息,主动参与秩序建设,有效协调内外关系,及时化解安全危机,妥善处理利益问题。Having been constantly invaded in recent years, China＇s overseas security has become a significant issue in the involvement of globalization. In order to solve the problem, China needs to mould a good international image, spread information correctly, participate in making international rules actively, coordinate domestic and overseas relations effectively, solve public risks timely, and deal with issues of public interests properly.
