摘　　要：美国律师在历史上的不同时期都发挥着非常重要的作用,很多总统、副总统、国务卿、国会议员等政治家都从事过律师职业,律师与政治水乳交融构成美国历史和美国政坛的重要特色。美国律师政治参与的传统,与美国独特的法律制度和政治制度以及律师职业优势等因素有关。American lawyers play an import role in different periods of history. Many presidents, vice-presidents, secretaries of state, congressmen and other statesmen have been engaged in the profession of lawyer, which is a significant feature of the American history and the American political arena. The tradition of American lawyers＇ political participation is related to the unique American legal system, political regime, and the advantages of the profession of lawyer.
